New Pills
I see there is a new diet pill on the way. Not available yet, the manufacturer is excited that their study showed subjects lost 2.8 pounds in a month, on average. Now, we usually say lifestyle changes can result in a loss of about a pound a week, safely. Larger weight loss is usually not sustainable. Not too much difference here. Some people would prefer to take a pill. For the rest of us, eat right and work out.
